Role Overview
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Mindera, you'll design and develop robust full-stack solutions that power our applications. Working in a remote capacity from Ho Chi Minh City, you'll contribute to both frontend and backend development, architect solutions for complex problems, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend systems
- Design scalable architectures and propose technical solutions for challenging problems
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust implementations
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and technical excellence
- Optimize application performance and ensure secure, maintainable code standards
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in modern backend frameworks and frontend libraries or frameworks
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems and APIs
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with version control systems, CI/CD practices, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in distributed teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to code quality
