About This Position
In this exciting opportunity, you will lead the development and optimization of drug substance processes and analytical methods. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing our pharmaceutical projects from early stages through to commercialization. This full-time position is based in our dynamic office in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the design, development, and scale-up of drug substance manufacturing processes.
- Direct the establishment of robust analytical methods to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process development with formulation and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet company objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
Who We're Looking For
- A PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, with extensive experience in pharmaceutical process development.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on drug substance development and analytical methods.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
