A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on drug substance development and analytical methods. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects. Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
