Role Overview

The Leasing Consultant II position is central to daily operations at Bel Park Tower in Baltimore County. You'll handle the full spectrum of leasing responsibilities—from showing and renting apartments to managing lease renewals and welcoming new residents to our community. This role combines marketing savvy with genuine customer service, all aimed at maintaining occupancy and resident satisfaction at our Baltimore senior housing property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and lease consultations with prospective residents and their families
• Process lease applications, coordinate move-in appointments, and execute lease documents
• Manage lease renewals and resident move-out processes
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract qualified residents to Bel Park Tower
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Respond to resident inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure community quality

What You Bring

• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing sales roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leasing tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with leasing software and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
