Your Responsibilities

- Support due diligence activities, including financial model validation and property assessment review
- Monitor compliance with LIHTC restrictions, occupancy requirements, and affordability covenants
- Liaise with property managers, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders on operational and financial matters
- Maintain property documentation, update tracking systems, and support portfolio-level reporting
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years in real estate finance, asset management, or affordable housing
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis
- Familiarity with LIHTC, tax-exempt financing, or government housing programs preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines collaboratively
- Meticulous attention to detail in financial and regulatory reporting
