Speech Language Pathologist – Part-time – SNF – Waukesha & Milwaukee

About the Role

We're looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide clinical services at Waukesha Rehab & Nursing (Linden Grove) and St Anne's Salvatorian Campus. In this part-time SNF role, you'll design and deliver speech-language therapy tailored to the unique needs of residents recovering from illness, surgery, or managing chronic conditions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct speech and language assessments for skilled nursing residents
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing swallowing, communication, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Document clinical progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Adapt treatment approaches based on resident goals and functional outcomes
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning processes

What We're Looking For

• Current Wisconsin Speech Language Pathology license or reciprocal state license
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in SNF or acute care settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams
• Commitment to person-centered care and compassionate clinical practice
