Symbria is searching for a compassionate, motivated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to become the newest employee-owner on our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will help individuals in the older adult population regain independence and improve their quality of life through thoughtful, goal-driven therapy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop individualized, appropriate therapy goals tailored to each patient's needs and abilities.
- Design and carry out creative, effective treatment plans that promote functional independence.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of the Occupational Therapy Assistant and related team members.
- Collaborate with the Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Beavercreek to support positive patient outcomes.
- Document treatment progress and adjust care plans as patient needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio.
- A genuine commitment to enhancing the well-being of the older adult population.
- Strong clinical judgment, creativity, and the ability to build personalized treatment plans.
- Capability to supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy support staff.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team-based setting.
