Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to implement quality improvements and process enhancements
• Monitor quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
• Maintain strict adherence to company procedures, standard operating procedures, and applicable industry regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or quality-related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related quality functions
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision
• Familiarity with quality standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and readiness to master quality management systems and specialized software
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
