Cashier Customer Service

Your Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
• Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods while maintaining precise records
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with patience and professionalism
• Support the team by assisting with order preparation and fulfillment as needed
• Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and stocked with supplies and materials
• Collaborate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior customer service or cashier experience (helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy shifts
• Basic math skills and attention to detail with money handling
• Reliability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
