About the Role

The Maintenance role is essential to McDonald's operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems that keep our restaurant functioning at peak performance. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities to develop hands-on technical skills while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, refrigeration units, and point-of-sale systems
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections to identify maintenance needs before they become major issues
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and storage spaces
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to management immediately
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment service history
• Support restaurant operations by responding promptly to urgent maintenance requests

What You Bring

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, or willingness to develop these skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and facility standards
• Reliable attendance and professional communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in varying conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
