We're seeking a skilled Double Backer Operator to join our production team in El Paso. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for running double backer machinery, a critical component of our corrugated board manufacturing process. Responsibilities
- Operate the glue machine and double backer system to meet production volume and quality standards
- Set up and adjust the double backer liner roll stand, including lateral positioning adjustments
- Monitor and adjust hot plate and preheater settings to optimize equipment performance
- Prepare and splice liner rolls to maintain continuous production flow
- Properly align single-face and double-backed board stock through the production line
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and workplace procedures
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals and timelines
