Position Summary

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our apartment communities safe, functional, and welcoming. This full-time role supports Tripalink's mission to provide quality housing by ensuring all common areas and resident-facing facilities operate smoothly and meet our maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, appliances, and infrastructure
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address issues efficiently
• Conduct inspections of apartments and common areas to identify repair needs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work completed and materials used
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections and apartment turnover preparations
• Collaborate with property management to plan maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues within scope of expertise

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related field
• Working knowledge of common residential maintenance systems and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, climb ladders, and lift heavy items
• Valid driver's license preferred for site visits and supply runs
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
