About the Role
As Senior SAP Basis Lead, you'll take ownership of our SAP landscape architecture, leading teams through complex implementations and ensuring seamless platform performance across S/4HANA and HANA environments. You'll make strategic infrastructure decisions, oversee system upgrades and migrations, and guide our SAP ecosystem through cloud transformations on Azure and AWS—all while maintaining uptime and performance standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead SAP Basis teams and coordinate initiatives that drive S/4HANA and HANA deployments forward
- Design and maintain end-to-end SAP landscape architecture, prioritizing performance, security, and reliability
- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption
- Manage SAP BTP integrations and cloud infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments
- Oversee deployments on Azure, AWS, and on-premise infrastructure
- Champion system optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape technical roadmaps aligned with business strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven lead-level experience administering SAP Basis environments, particularly S/4HANA and HANA
- Deep hands-on expertise in system upgrades, migrations, and landscape architecture
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud-native SAP solutions
- Demonstrated success managing technical teams and driving enterprise projects
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure and AWS
- Track record delivering complex SAP initiatives from design through production
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
