Community Coordinator (S 30 hrs.)

Triangle is seeking a dedicated Community Coordinator to join our Salem Day Services team in Hathorne, Danvers. This part-time position (30 hours per week) plays a central role in supporting independence, advocacy, and meaningful community engagement for the people we serve.

About the Role

As a Community Coordinator with Triangle in Hathorne, Danvers, you will help cultivate an encouraging, participant-focused environment that reflects our mission. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, you will work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., partnering with participants and colleagues to foster self-determination and connection within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a positive, solution-driven culture that aligns with Triangle's mission and values
• Encourage employment readiness, self-advocacy, and personal independence across programs and among participants
• Support the day-to-day delivery of services at our Salem Day Services location
• Follow all Triangle policies and procedures, acting as a reliable point of contact for participants
• Collaborate with the Program Coordinator and team members to advance participant goals

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to promoting independence, advocacy, and inclusion for the people we support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to a participant-centered setting
• Ability to consistently uphold organizational policies and contribute to a constructive team culture
• Availability to work the scheduled weekday hours on-site in Hathorne, Danvers
