As a Civil Project Manager with Gpac, you'll own accountability for project execution excellence. Core Duties

• Plan and schedule all project activities, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and address delays or cost overruns proactively

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain regulatory compliance on all sites
• Communicate project status and updates to clients and internal leadership

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in civil construction or related field
• Strong track record of safely completing projects on time and within budget
• Leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites as needed
