LTD Claims Technical Consultant

Guardian Life is seeking an LTD Claims Technical Consultant to join our collaborative disability benefits team in Glendale, Denver. This full-time position combines technical expertise with claims operations in an organization where people matter and excellence is non-negotiable.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze LTD claims workflows and systems to identify technical optimization opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve claims processing issues in partnership with operations teams
• Document procedures, system configurations, and technical processes to support compliance and consistency
• Evaluate and support implementation of claims management platforms and tools
• Collaborate across departments to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience in claims handling
• Train claims staff on technical systems and updated processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with claims management systems, insurance platforms, or related technical environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Clear communication skills—both written and verbal
• Meticulous attention to detail in claims and compliance work
• Ability to work effectively across teams and departments
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and technical documentation
• Background in disability claims, insurance operations, or technical support roles is valued
