About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support store operations and help create an exceptional shopping experience for customers throughout the Prairieville and surrounding Lee County communities. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop and motivate team members, and ensure our stores meet company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with store supervision and daily operational management
• Supervise, train, and mentor store associates to build a strong team
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and merchandise displays
• Help drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Support customer service initiatives and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Previous retail, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical capability to lift, stand, and remain active throughout shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Valid government-issued identification
