Customer Service Associate – Temporary

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate assigned cash registers with accuracy and speed during checkout

• Complete transactions securely, process payments, and handle cash responsibly
• Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues or escalate appropriately
• Maintain merchandise displays and store presentation standards
• Support the team in keeping the store organized and welcoming

Qualifications

• Availability to work a full-time schedule
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout shifts
• Reliability and punctuality
• Retail, cashier, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
