About This Position
As a Full Time Service Advisor at San Tan Auto Partners, you'll be responsible for maintaining our service department's operational standards and customer satisfaction metrics. Working across both Quick Lane and Service operations in Higley, you'll ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and reliability. This role is essential to keeping our service metrics at or above our Group Average performance standards.
What You'll Do
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels at or above established Group Average benchmarks
- Execute the Written Service Drive Process for both Quick Lane and Service Department operations
- Monitor and maintain service performance metrics to ensure departmental goals are met
- Coordinate with service team members to deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions
- Support Quick Lane and Service Department workflows to optimize efficiency and customer experience
