Receptionist Officer – Facilities Support

Join Securitas as a full-time Receptionist Officer in our Facilities Support team, based in Anaheim, Orange County. We're looking for a professional who can deliver excellent front-desk service while supporting our facilities operations in a fast-paced security solutions environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage check-in procedures with professionalism and attention to security protocols
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments or team members
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and facility bookings
• Maintain visitor logs and manage access to facilities
• Provide administrative support to the facilities team
• Process incoming mail and manage office correspondence
• Assist with general office management and clerical tasks
