The Opportunity

Join Assured Nursing as a Certified Surgical Technologist on a full-time contract basis. This position provides a 13-week assignment with flexible 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible. You'll be part of a skilled surgical team that values precision, safety, and professional excellence. Core Duties

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments before, during, and after procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams by providing instruments and supplies during operations
• Organize, maintain, and account for surgical instruments and medical supplies
• Monitor and support surgical equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Follow strict infection control and sterile protocols throughout all procedures
• Support patient preparation and positioning for surgery
• Document surgical details, instruments used, and inventory management

Skills & Qualifications

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification or active eligibility
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Working knowledge of surgical procedures, techniques, and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain focused and efficient in a high-pressure operating room
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods
• Professional communication and strong teamwork skills
