Maintenance Supervisor – Tulsa Region

Winfield Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities operations across the Jenks, Tulsa County area. In this full-time position, you'll oversee all maintenance activities, supervise a dedicated team of technicians, and ensure that electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems operate at peak performance and safety standards.

About the Role

This Maintenance Supervisor position is central to our property management operations. You'll be responsible for directing maintenance teams, planning and executing repair projects, and maintaining the buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems that serve our properties in the Tulsa region. Your leadership will ensure that all work meets our high standards for quality, timeliness, and occupant safety. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine technical expertise with team management and project oversight.

Core Duties

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians on daily tasks and ongoing projects
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
• Plan, schedule, and oversee repairs and upgrades across assigned properties
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Track maintenance inventory, equipment, and materials
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor project budgets
• Perform routine inspections to identify issues before they escalate

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in facilities or building maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Safety-first mindset and knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
