• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas and common spaces
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance maintenance under supervision
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and address facility needs
• Follow safety protocols and use tools and equipment appropriately
