As Quality Control Associate II, Controls, you will play a vital role in our San Diego laboratory operations, performing comprehensive testing and analysis to verify that our products meet rigorous quality and regulatory standards. Core Duties

• Execute quality control testing and analytical procedures according to established Standard Operating Procedures
• Conduct detailed analysis of product samples and manufacturing batches to verify specifications and safety requirements
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation, test reports, and regulatory compliance records
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing routine calibration and equipment checks
• Record, analyze, and report quality control data using laboratory information systems and statistical tools
• Support investigations into out-of-specification results and contribute to corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all QC activities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a science discipline is preferred
• 2+ years of quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and experience with data recording and analysis
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow complex protocols precisely
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining high quality standards in all work
