Join BODYROK East Bay, North Bay & Peninsula as a Group Fitness Instructor in Alamo, Contra Costa County. We're seeking passionate fitness professionals to lead dynamic, high-intensity workout classes that deliver transformative fitness experiences in just 40 minutes.
Role Overview
As a part-time Group Fitness Instructor with BODYROK, you'll deliver engaging, challenging fitness experiences using our proprietary workout methodology. Our instructors are recognized throughout the Bay Area for creating comprehensive, high-impact fitness classes that combine strength, cardio, and motivation in 40-minute sessions built to build lean muscle and enhance overall fitness and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy group fitness classes using BODYROK's proprietary methodology
- Deliver motivating, professionally choreographed instruction for diverse fitness levels
- Build community and foster member engagement through exceptional class experiences
- Maintain a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages progress and achievement
- Collaborate with the Alamo studio team to ensure consistent scheduling and member satisfaction
Qualifications
- Current group fitness certification or recognized fitness credential
- Demonstrated experience teaching high-intensity fitness classes
- Natural ability to motivate and inspire participants of varying fitness backgrounds
- Strong communication skills and positive, energetic demeanor
- Flexibility with part-time scheduling availability
- Available to teach classes in the Alamo, Contra Costa County area
