Core Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of Starbucks beverages—espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and seasonal offerings—with precision and consistency
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer questions about menu items and ingredients
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment to professional standards
• Handle cash, card transactions, and the register with accuracy
• Stock shelves and displays with beverages, pastries, whole bean selections, merchandise, and food items
• Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver efficient service during peak periods
