Fulfillment Clerk

Join Prisma Graphic Corporation as a Fulfillment Clerk in Shenandoah and play a critical role in our quality assurance and order fulfillment process. We're seeking a detail-focused professional to inspect, package, and prepare our finished work for shipment, ensuring every order leaves our facility meeting our high standards.

The Opportunity

As a Fulfillment Clerk, you'll be an essential part of our Inspection & Packaging team. After our production team completes each job, your role is to verify quality, catch any issues, and prepare orders for shipment. You'll work with a clear priority system based on due dates, collaborate directly with our I&P Manager, and sometimes step in to support our shipping team. This position offers the satisfaction of being the final quality checkpoint—your work ensures customers receive exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all completed work orders for color accuracy, print quality, and conformance to specifications
• Verify each job against the work order to confirm all details are correct
• Package finished products securely and according to customer and shipping requirements
• Document inspection results and flag quality issues to the I&P Manager and other departments
• Prioritize work based on job due dates and production schedule
• Process and prepare shipments as a secondary responsibility, backing up our shipping team as needed
• Maintain organized records of completed inspections and shipments
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in our quality processes

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in quality control, inspection, packaging, or fulfillment roles is valuable
• Keen eye for detail and ability to spot color, alignment, and quality inconsistencies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work through daily order queues methodically
• Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers and colleagues
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
