About the Role

Amazon Vendor Services is a consulting practice that partners directly with senior leadership of Fortune-level vendor partners to tackle their most complex business challenges. In this Senior Consultant role, you'll diagnose vendor-specific obstacles, design tailored solutions, and lead implementation roadmaps that leverage Amazon's unique operational and technological capabilities. You'll manage engagements spanning vendor strategy, supply chain optimization, financial performance, and market expansion—reporting to C-suite stakeholders and owning multi-quarter initiatives from discovery through execution.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct deep diagnostic assessments of vendor operations, financial health, and market positioning
  • Partner with vendor senior leadership to identify strategic priorities and develop actionable business recommendations
  • Design and oversee implementation of solutions that drive revenue growth, cost reduction, or operational efficiency
  • Synthesize data and insights into clear strategy documents, dashboards, and executive presentations
  • Collaborate across Amazon functions to mobilize resources, expertise, and tools in support of vendor objectives
  • Track key performance indicators and vendor outcomes to measure engagement impact

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of consulting, business strategy, or large-account management experience
  • Proven track record diagnosing and solving complex business problems in high-stakes environments
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to derive insights from large datasets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to executive audiences
  • Strategic thinking with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes
  • Ability to build trust and influence across functions and external partners
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or vendor management preferred
