As General Manager at JETSET Pilates in Palo Alto, you'll oversee all aspects of studio operations while fostering a culture of excellence and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where your vision, enthusiasm, and operational expertise directly impact instructor development, member satisfaction, and studio performance. You'll be the face of JETSET Pilates in the Palo Alto community, embodying our brand values and creating an inspiring environment where team members thrive and members achieve their fitness goals.

Core Duties

• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of instructors and studio staff
• Drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement through relationship-building and community outreach
• Manage studio finances, budgets, and key performance metrics
• Maintain brand standards and ensure exceptional member and instructor experiences
• Schedule classes, manage staffing needs, and coordinate daily studio operations
• Oversee instructor training, continuing education, and professional growth initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with members and create community within the studio

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or similar environments
• Strong business acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with genuine passion for client relationships
• Experience with pilates or group fitness (certification or training preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated commitment to team development and member experience excellence
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead with enthusiasm and integrity
• Full-time availability and reliability in a hands-on studio setting
