Interactive Government Holdings seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead our National Guard Connectedness & Relationship Education System initiative in Las Vegas, Clark County. This is a full-time position with a mission-driven federal contractor serving the uniformed services.
About the Role
As Program Manager for the National Guard Connectedness & Relationship Education System, you will oversee the execution and performance of a federal program designed to strengthen connections and education outcomes across the National Guard. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and public service, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable impact for the service members and communities we serve.
What You'll Do
- Direct program planning, execution, and performance monitoring to meet stakeholder objectives and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with National Guard leadership, federal partners, and program teams to define goals and measure success
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver program milestones on time and within scope
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize program effectiveness and inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain stakeholder communications and reporting
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure programs meet federal standards and requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in federal government or defense contracting
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with federal compliance or contracting preferred
- Background or education in relevant field a plus
- Commitment to supporting the military community
