About the Role
As Community Lead at JETSET Pilates, you are the bridge between our studio and the neighborhoods we serve. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for introducing the JETSET brand to new markets, cultivating local relationships, and designing community experiences that reflect our values. This is a hands-on position where your passion for fitness and genuine care for people drive real results.
What You'll Do
- Launch and manage community outreach initiatives to expand JETSET Pilates' presence throughout Houston and Harris County
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, fitness enthusiasts, and prospective members in Kingwood and surrounding areas
- Create and host community events, workshops, and experiences that showcase JETSET's brand and values
- Represent JETSET Pilates at local markets, pop-ups, and community gatherings
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for sustainable community growth
- Welcome new members and foster a welcoming sense of belonging within our studio community
- Gather feedback from community members and communicate insights to leadership
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for community building and relationship development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in brand ambassador, community engagement, or similar roles (preferred)
- Enthusiasm for fitness and wellness or alignment with JETSET's mission
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to attend community events and meetings throughout Houston and Harris County
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend community activities
