About the Role

As a JETSET Pilates Instructor in Oakland Park, you'll be the energy at the front of the room — delivering structured, choreographed 50-minute workouts that challenge and inspire. This is a hands-on teaching position that blends movement expertise with genuine client connection, and it's ideal for a certified Pilates professional who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead 50-minute, choreographed JETSET Pilates classes with confidence and precision
• Guide clients through the JETSET method safely and effectively, maintaining proper pacing and flow throughout each session
• Observe participants in real time and offer form corrections, modifications, and technique cues tailored to individual ability levels
• Foster an encouraging, high-energy atmosphere that motivates clients at every stage of their Pilates journey — from beginners to advanced practitioners
• Provide consistent support and coaching to clients with varying fitness backgrounds

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience teaching group Pilates or reformer-based fitness classes
• Strong cueing skills and the ability to read a room and adapt on the fly
• A client-first mindset with clear, motivating communication style
• Comfort working with mixed-ability groups and giving safe, appropriate modifications
• Reliable, professional, and punctual — committed to upholding studio standards
• Current Pilates or relevant fitness certification preferred
