Position Summary

As Segment Marketing Journeys Lead at PNC, you'll take ownership of how we connect with customers at every stage of their relationship with us. You'll map customer needs, identify high-impact journey moments, and develop targeted marketing initiatives that resonate with specific segments. Your work bridges customer insights with marketing execution, ensuring PNC delivers relevant, timely experiences that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine customer segment strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data analysis
  • Design end-to-end marketing journeys for defined customer segments, identifying key touchpoints and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate across business units to align segment strategies with product offerings, customer service, and digital channels
  • Oversee execution of segment-targeted campaigns across email, digital, and direct marketing channels
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and journey outcomes, providing recommendations to improve conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional project teams focused on segment marketing initiatives
  • Document journey insights and segment profiles to inform broader marketing and product strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in customer segmentation or journey design
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or customer data platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities
  • Experience collaborating with IT, product, and customer service teams on complex marketing initiatives
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
