About the Role

This is a full-time General Merchandise Team Associate position with Walmart in San Antonio. What You'll Do

• Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves, endcaps, and displays throughout the store
• Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are properly located and accessible to customers
• Create and maintain eye-catching merchandise displays that encourage customer engagement and sales
• Assist customers with inquiries and help shoppers locate the products they're looking for
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with team members about replenishment needs
• Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized according to store standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Provide support during peak shopping periods and special promotional events

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed
• Physical capability to regularly lift, carry, and stock merchandise
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Friendly, customer-focused demeanor with genuine willingness to help
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members
• Reliable transportation to our San Antonio location
• Adaptability and flexibility in a retail environment

Compensation

This General Merchandise Team Associate position in San Antonio offers an hourly wage ranging from $14 to $27 per hour, based on experience and circumstances. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. You'll also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional premium compensation based on schedule and facility assignments.
