As our Operations/Customer Service Delivery Manager, you'll drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across our service delivery functions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Lead and develop customer service teams to maintain high-quality support
- Monitor performance metrics and SLAs, implementing improvements as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to address operational needs
- Identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, recommending solutions
- Prepare reports and conduct regular reviews of service performance
- Support proposal development and implementation for new customer engagements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing customer service or operations teams
- Strong understanding of SLA management and service delivery metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Familiarity with government contracting and IT services is valued
- Suitability for federal background clearance or Public Trust investigation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
