As a Benefits Specialist on our remote team, you'll become the trusted resource employees turn to when they have questions about coverage options, enrollment periods, and plan features. What You'll Do

• Answer employee inquiries about health insurance plans, retirement accounts, and supplemental benefits
• Guide participants through open enrollment and special enrollment periods
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and plan rules
• Respond to benefit-related questions via phone, email, and internal systems
• Work with benefits vendors and third-party administrators to resolve issues
• Help troubleshoot coverage gaps and member concerns
