Role Overview

As an Account Executive with Eliassen Group, you'll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through close and expansion. This is a hands-on role where your ability to identify client needs, articulate value, and navigate complex sales processes directly impacts your success and compensation. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and build a pipeline that fuels long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and outreach to prospective clients in your Northern California territory
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client challenges and align solutions to their needs

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably as an Account Executive or Business Development professional
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive spirit
  • Comfort with consultative selling and ability to adapt your approach to different buyer personas
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • Willingness to travel within Northern California as needed for client meetings
