Interim FP&A Transformation Lead

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Transformation Lead to drive financial planning and analysis modernization for a global finance organization, based in Five Points, Wake County.

About the Role

This is a full-time consulting engagement within the Accounting & Finance space, partnering with one of Eliassen Group's clients in the AgTech sector. As the Interim FP&A Transformation Lead, you will guide a worldwide finance team through a period of change, bringing structure, insight, and operational discipline to how the organization plans, forecasts, and reports. The position is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives on shaping process improvement and elevating the performance of established finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis transformation initiatives across a global finance organization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to assess current FP&A processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making.
• Provide interim leadership and subject-matter guidance to finance teams during the engagement.
• Support change management efforts and help embed sustainable FP&A practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading FP&A or finance transformation programs.
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Comfort operating in a global, multi-stakeholder finance environment.
• Proven ability to step into an interim or consulting capacity and deliver results quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging leadership and cross-functional partners; experience within the AgTech or a comparable industry is a plus.
