Role Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is expanding its data center footprint to meet growing customer demand worldwide. We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects from initial planning through commissioning. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and specialists to deliver high-performance facilities on time and within scope.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end project management for major data center construction programs across planning, permitting, construction, and commissioning phases
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans while tracking progress against key milestones
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design specifications meet technical requirements and performance standards
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, overseeing quality, safety, and contractual compliance throughout construction execution
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and adapting plans to maintain delivery commitments
• Conduct site inspections, review construction documentation, and ensure all regulatory and compliance obligations are satisfied

• Extensive experience managing complex, multi-phase construction projects in data centers or large-scale infrastructure
• Proven ability to oversee significant budgets, control schedules, and lead diverse teams across competing priorities
• Deep knowledge of data center design, construction methodologies, and industry standards
• Expertise with project management tools, systems, and best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
