Senior Product Manager, Hyperscale/Data Center

Iron Mountain is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Hyperscale/Data Center business, based in Highland Park, Dallas. This full-time role leads product strategy and execution for our expanding data center and hyperscale infrastructure solutions.

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, Hyperscale/Data Center at Iron Mountain, you'll drive the vision and execution of critical products serving enterprise and hyperscale customers. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market discovery and roadmap planning through launch, adoption, and optimization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape how Iron Mountain delivers mission-critical data center services to the world's largest organizations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demand
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to prioritize features and solve customer pain points
• Conduct customer discovery and competitive research to inform product decisions and identify market opportunities
• Analyze product performance, user adoption, and business metrics to guide prioritization and iteration
• Work cross-functionally to launch new capabilities, manage product releases, and drive customer adoption
• Partner with stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical requirements and go-to-market strategies

What You Bring

• 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrable success in enterprise software, infrastructure, or data center markets
• Deep understanding of hyperscale cloud architecture, data center operations, or enterprise IT infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills—ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record of bringing products to market and driving customer adoption and retention
