The Opportunity
Trustaff Allied is recruiting a dedicated Echo Technologist to fill a time-limited travel role at a respected healthcare facility in the Miami area. Working 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule, you'll deliver high-quality echocardiographic studies, collaborate with cardiology teams, and contribute to patient care in one of South Florida's premier medical communities. This 15-week assignment provides stability and predictability for clinicians seeking structured travel work.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive echocardiographic examinations using ultrasound imaging equipment
- Acquire diagnostic-quality cardiac images and measurements per established protocols
- Document patient information and examination findings accurately in the medical record
- Respond to clinical requests and coordinate with cardiologists and nursing staff
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure comfort during procedures
- Maintain equipment and follow facility quality and safety standards
What You Bring
- Current RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) certification or equivalent professional credentials
- Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac ultrasound and echocardiography
- Strong clinical knowledge of cardiac anatomy and pathophysiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and medical staff
- Adaptability and professional commitment to travel-based healthcare assignments
- Current Florida healthcare licensure and required credentials
