Position Summary

As our Clubhouse Facilities Technician, you'll be the backbone of our facility operations at this iconic oceanfront property. For over 75 years, the Dunes Golf and Beach Club has maintained its reputation for excellence, and your expertise in facilities management will directly support that legacy. Working full-time, you'll oversee maintenance systems, respond to facility needs, and help deliver the superior experience our members expect.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems throughout the clubhouse
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from members and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Maintain equipment functionality, including kitchen appliances, pool systems, and building automation
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify safety hazards or needed repairs
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work with minimal disruption to club operations
• Keep facilities clean and organized, ensuring all spaces meet our high standards
• Document maintenance activities and report on facility conditions

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building systems repair
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems (or willingness to obtain training)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and work at heights when needed
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with members and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests
