About This Position
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician focused on commercial tire operations, you'll ensure our Tampa facility runs efficiently and safely. We operate over 200 commercial tire centers and truck care facilities across the United States, serving some of the nation's largest fleet operations. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will directly support our ability to deliver dependable service to these mission-critical customers in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems to maintain peak operating condition
- Inspect and service commercial tire equipment and tools to ensure reliability
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues affecting facility performance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas meeting commercial service standards
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Document maintenance activities and report facility concerns to management
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, equipment service, or related technical field
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards
- Dependable transportation and valid driver's license
