About This Position

The Specialist, Membership Operations role is central to advancing Alzheimer's research and treatment initiatives. You'll work within the Medical and Scientific Relations department, reporting to the Senior Director, Scientific Programs, to ensure smooth execution of membership-related activities and professional development programs. This position combines program coordination, administrative support, and logistical planning to serve a vital community of researchers and healthcare professionals engaged in cutting-edge Alzheimer's science.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support operations for ISTAART and Professional Interest Area (PIA) programming, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
  • Manage member registration, communications, and administrative documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation for member activities and initiatives
  • Support program evaluation and performance reporting to ensure quality execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance member experience
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to membership and program participation
