Contract Associate Creative Director

Ideas United, an Atlanta-based creative studio in Fulton County, seeks a Contract Associate Creative Director to join our full-time team. We're looking for a creative leader to help develop and execute innovative storytelling campaigns for distinguished clients across industries.

Role Overview

As an Associate Creative Director at Ideas United, you'll occupy a pivotal position within our creative department, responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing creative campaigns. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating with our in-house team and our expansive network of creative talent to bring compelling brand stories to life.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and strategies for client campaigns across multiple mediums
• Lead brainstorming sessions and guide junior creative staff through concept development
• Present creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Oversee the execution of creative projects from conception through delivery
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and producers to refine and implement campaign work
• Contribute to pitch development and new business opportunities
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or related creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environments
• Strategic thinking combined with attention to creative detail
