About the Role
Heritage Real Estate seeks an experienced Property Manager to maintain and enhance the value and performance of our diverse commercial holdings. You'll manage day-to-day operations while ensuring tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across multiple property types. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on property management, requiring both business acumen and attention to operational detail.
What You'll Do
- Oversee tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collection across the portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects with vendors and contractors
- Manage budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting for assigned properties
- Ensure properties meet legal requirements, safety codes, and regulatory standards
- Respond to tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor property performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate regularly with ownership, stakeholders, and team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial properties, Class A office, retail, or mixed-use assets
- Strong knowledge of property management operations, tenant relations, and lease agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management software and financial systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies
