Core Duties

• Welcome customers and understand their specific kitchen and bathroom design goals
• Present curated product selections across quality tiers, helping customers identify the best fit
• Utilize design technology and showroom displays to visualize final results
• Provide hands-on guidance on materials, finishes, and professional installation options
• Offer samples and reference materials customers can take home to review
• Answer detailed questions about product specifications and long-term durability
• Build customer confidence through clear, jargon-free explanations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in kitchen or bathroom retail, design, or home improvement sales
