Core Duties

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
  • Minimum 3 years of business development, enterprise sales, or client-facing experience—preferably in financial services, advisory, or capital markets
  • Strong analytical reasoning and ability to understand complex financial concepts
  • Proven communication and persuasion abilities in both written and verbal formats
  • Track record of building and sustaining trust-based relationships across organizational levels
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-directed drive balanced with collaborative team orientation
  • Prior exposure to investment banking or markets knowledge is valued
