Position Summary

As a Funeral Attendant with Everstory Partners in Eau Gallie, you'll be the steady, respectful presence families rely on during memorial services and celebration-of-life events. This part-time position centers on creating an atmosphere of dignity and comfort where bereaved loved ones feel genuinely supported. You'll work closely with our funeral professionals to ensure every service runs with care, attention, and the utmost respect for the deceased and their family's wishes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive for services in Eau Gallie
• Assist families with ceremony logistics, seating, and special requests during the service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful environment throughout all facilities and gathering spaces
• Provide compassionate support to grieving attendees when appropriate, listening with empathy
• Manage guest books, arrangements, and other ceremonial materials with attention to detail
• Coordinate refreshments and reception areas to ensure guest comfort
• Support funeral directors and coordinators before, during, and after services
