Civil Engineer Project Manager

T2 Utility Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in Round Rock, Williamson County. In this full-time role, you'll oversee project delivery while coordinating with utility stakeholders to manage subsurface utility engineering and surveying challenges that protect project success.

Position Summary

As Civil Engineer Project Manager at T2 Utility Engineers, you'll lead the planning, execution, and close-out of utility coordination and subsurface utility engineering projects. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring all work meets industry codes and client expectations. This position combines technical civil engineering expertise with project management oversight to deliver reliable underground and above-ground utility solutions that reduce infrastructure risks.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project phases, coordinate team resources, and track progress against budget and timeline
• Oversee subsurface utility engineering, utility coordination, and surveying work from proposal through completion
• Interface with clients, contractors, and utility providers to resolve conflicts and clarify requirements
• Review design documents and technical deliverables for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and quality assurance procedures
• Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory filings as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit of licensure
• 3+ years of project management or field engineering experience
• Knowledge of subsurface utility engineering, utility coordination, or surveying practices
• Proficiency with CAD, project management, and office software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
